Hamilton Deed Expands its Range with Strategic Acquisition of ASAP Comply

Hamilton Deed Limited announced on 22 April 2026 that it had acquired the entire share capital of ASAP Comply Limited, a specialised provider of property compliance services.

This strategic acquisition provides a “one stop shop” adding fire risk assessments, fire door surveys, legionella risk assessments, asbestos surveys, fire compartmentation surveys, energy audits and certificates, and disability access & equality audits for properties to the range of workplace health and safety services currently provided by Hamilton Deed.
