Hamilton Deed has three main support package options. These have been designed to allow you the option of selecting just the correct amount of support that your business requires. Each subsequent package builds on the previous one with additional resources being made available.
Basic Package
Suitable for companies that want to know there is competent advice available when needed but feel confident that they can manage their own health and safety. To get you started we undertake a CAM review to provide a gap analysis report with any key areas of concern highligted in a prioritised action plan. We will review you on an annual basis to ensure that everything stays as it should.
Whatever documentation you require we will supply in template for for you to pu ttogether your own health and safety management sysytem. You will be allocated a specialist advisor to work with you when needed, someone you can call whenever you need to discuss your health and safety queries.
Standard Package
A more involved appraoch that has your specialist advisor attending your business on a six monthly basis. This allows for the annual review to be undertaken and then a second visit to review progress made.
In addition once you have completed your documentation your advisor will review it for completeness and accuracy and ensure that all is in order. The completed documents will be stored on our secre extranet for you to easily access whenever needed.
Premier Package
The complete option that brings one of our sdvisors in to your business to work with you on a regular basis to both set up and maintain you health and safety management system. Once in place our advisor will be on hand every three months to work closely with you in keeping you safe.
